1. Submit Solution Registration Form

Info: This form is to collect information regarding your company. Please fill this form as soon as possible. This information will be used to describe your company on the event printed brochure, selection of 1-to-1 meetings, and the promotion of your company on Linkedin before the event. 

Language: The Event is Bilingual – Information can be filled in Portuguese or English. (The native language of the decision makers is Portuguese, however they are fluent in English)

2. Submit Solution Representative Registration Form

Info: This form is to collect information on your representative(s) who will be coming to the event. Please complete this form one time per each person coming to the event: i.e. if 2 people are coming to the event, complete this form twice.

3. Submit the Speaker, Title and Synopses Form

ONLY FOR COMPANIES  WITH A SPEAKING SESSION – this form is to collect information on your speaker and speaking session. Information can be filled in English or Portuguese. This information will be used on the event printed brochure and agenda, and also on the promotion of your speaking session on Linkedin before the event. 

Speaking sessions format:

This session is not a sales pitch. You may:

  • Present relevant information about the industry (editorial content);
  • Present sector trends and how your solutions fits it; 
  • Present a Business Case / Success case of the results of your solution with a specific client. Ideally co-presented with a client of yours (if this is the case please confirm with the event organization the availability in order to invite your client)
  • Invite a Keynote or industry expert.

Presentation Language: The Event is Bilingual – The speaking sessions should be presented in Portuguese or English.

In case you have multiple Speakers: If you have more than one speaker you should submit the same form multiple times. Information about the session itself only has to be filled once.

4. Rate the Merchants you wish to meet

From 10th to 14th March

On 10th March we will send you a form with all the confirmed companies, including information such as monthly visits, sector and job title. On this form you will easily be able to rate from “1” to “5” stars for each company. Rating “1” represents “You do not want to meet” and “5” represents “You are very interested to meet”.

On 19th March we will send the preliminary meeting agenda according to our match-matching process, which is made according to the maximum level of mutual interest 🙂

5. Send Presentation doc

until 21/03

You should send us the presentation deck you will want to use in your speaking session.

Format: Powerpoint or PDF
Display format: 16:9

Send via email:

  • email: presentations@ecommerceconnect.pt 
  • subject: your company name“, only;
  • Only one file per email is supported. If you want to send multiple files you should make a zip file and attach it to the email.

Note: This process will be automated. Presentations files are automatically updated if you send new versions, in case you may want to make changes more near to the date of the event.

6. Send us Your Materials and Merchandising

We will only accept materials that arrive from 10th to 24th March

  • Roll-up*: One roll-up with an approximate size of 90cmx200cm. 

Dependent on your contract (please check it):

  • Merchandising/gifts to be available in merchandising tables – 150 units
  • Flyer/brochure to be included on the Event Bag – 320 units
  • Merchandising/gifts to be included on the Event Bag – 320 units
  • Special Gift for Participant Rooms – 200 units

SETUP OF THE ROLLUP AND MATERIALS

The rollup and materials will be mounted and prepared by our team. The roll up will be positioned near your meeting table.

*COLLECT THE ROLLUP

The rollup and any leftover materials, should be colected at the end of the event by the company representatives. Any items not retrieved will be recycled.

ADDITIONAL INFO

Sending materials outside EU? 

We recommend that all materials should be sent from within the EU. Other sources could be held in customs and may not arrive in time for the event. In case you have no alternative but to send materials from outside the EU, please follow these instructions:

  1. Send with the materials an Invoice/Official Company Document describing the itens you are sending and stating that they are not to be resold, but are destined to be a promotional material for this specific event
  2. State that all shipping costs are paid on the origin of shipping
  3. In the case of sending from the UK, please give as shipping address an address in the EU (if your company has any office in the EU), as this may increase the bureaucracy speed at customs

7. Submit the Transportation request form

This applies to Transfers Hotel<->Airport .If you will be needing transportation from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport.

Airport to → Hotel  (26/03)

Meeting point: Arrivals Zone (A person with a E-commerce Connect Sign will be there)
Time interval: 07:30 to 08:30 (morning)
Important: The Bus will leave at 8:40 to the Hotel

Hotel to Airport   (27/03)

Meeting point: Hotel entrance (outside)
Time interval: 17:30 to 17:45
Importante: The Bus will leave at 17:50 to the Airport and it is predicted to arrive at the Airport Departure entrance by 19:00.

 

8. Book the night before (if necessary) 

Stay

We have prepared a special package for representatives that arrive the day before. It includes:

  • 1 Night Stay at a Single Bedroom
  • Transportation (19h00 from Lisbon Airport)

The price is 299€ (excl. VAT)
